Dry cakes not flan
I love the idea, however it leaked and made a mess on n the car for a pot luck. I’d do a dry cake. Maybe not cheesecake or flan

Good quality there was a small scratch in one of them but that shouldn't matter and wait to use them

Well Made. Easy to Use
Dark cookware heats up faster than light, except for glass. Be mindful you may need to lower temps and times and/or oven times, using this Springform baker. I found this item to be well made, and very easy to use.
