Good ideas. Didn't know that some of these things were available. Good reference book. Shows down to earth treatments. Men and wife's good reading

I recommend this book for individuals or couples having or suspecting erectile dysfunction issues. I give it one star for the poor research skills demonstrated by the author. I liked the way he book addresses the problem in a positive and propositive manner. I disliked the fact that the book had zero citation and no information about the credentials of the author or even information about the editorial. It is not acceptable to say things such as, "experts have found that", "one study revealed that". Why does not the author cite sources? Are readers supposed to believe statistics and studies that have zero citations? Who is this author? The book should have a section about the author to know about his credentials. Does he have a degree or is he authorized and licensed to practice in his field? No information about the publisher of this book. I really found the book to have great information but I cannot blindly trust it because of lack of information about the author, no citations, no information about the editorial. It seems more like a self-published book. When a well-known publisher accepts to publish it gives some level of credibility to the book. For example, a good editorial would not have accepted this book without proper citations of peer-reviewed and credible research, especially in this kind of sensitive topic.Finally, what is this bonus part at the end of the book? It sounds like scam seriously, like a scam asking for your credit card promising to be the definite solution to cure erectile dysfunction forever. It is offering to be THE solution for erectile dysfunction and it is really trying to sell something online. Even the title of the book sounds like scam, imagine if you see that as the subject ofan email in your Inbox, I think the Spam filters could automatically send it to the Spam folder before you even try to see what the content of the email has.I liked the book but I find it difficult to blindly trust it when it has zero citations, no information about and author and no information about the publisher either.

I guess that today a lot of men have erectile dysfunction because of stress, most of them. Everyone experiences stress. Our bodies are designed to feel stress and react to it. It keeps us alert and ready to avoid danger. Unfotrunately, when stress persists for a long time, the body begins to break down and problems, like erectile dysfunction, can occur. I like this book because there is a huge number of really helpful advace begin from the what the major reason for this, physical processes and ending with laughing at this problem, don't takу it so seriously. I recommend this book for interested men and women

Unfortunately, not everyone wants to admit that there might be a problem such as Erectile Dysfunction and do not consider the possibility of taking some simple steps to to finding a solution to the problem. The author gives a lot of information that professionals advise about how to overcome the problem. To begin with the couple must communicate and work together. This book gives some simple strategies to improve your sex life and promote a healthy relationship, leaving Erectile Dysfunction behind for good!!

The author advertises this book as giving a "permanent" solution to ED, but instead offers suggestions one might try to deal with ED.This is false advertising as far as I'm concerned and it was this very idea of a permanent solution that was the reason i bought the book. The book does have some good information and does offer a number of suggestions that might help with ED, but there is NO PERMANENT solution given.

The best ebook I read on sexual health. I don't have a dysfunction, but some problems on my sexual life. The book describes simply and clearly how to overcome those sexual problems. It clearly describes the factors which effects in normal sex life. Even the importance of diet and diet list according to the problems someone is facing. I am trying to follow the steps mentioned here to improve my sexual life.

Poor advice. Nothing new that you can find free on internet. Basicaly it tells you to talk to your partner, your doctor, and do exercise.
