Toledo Goldfish Live Butterfly and Standard Fin Koi Combo, Live Fish with a Variety of Colors and Patterns - Perfect for Ponds, Tanks, and Aquariums - 3-4 Inches, 6 Count

We have had our new Koi and Goldfish for a number of weeks, they are active and doing well. The price for the 6 fish was more than reasonable, shipping was quick, the look great and as of today are very healthy. The are the perfect size to start your pond off and will grow with proper care. We've found them easy to care for and love watching them. I wll update soon with pictures.

The koi arrived active and in excellent condition, with a good mix of butterfly and standard fin types. The variety of colors and patterns was better than I expected, and they really stand out in the pond. All ten fish were about the advertised size and adjusted quickly to their new environment. They started exploring right away and have been feeding well with no signs of stress or illness. Packaging was done carefully and everything arrived safely. This was a great way to add some lively, eye-catching fish to my pond with minimal hassle.

Fish arrived alive and healthy overnight! Beautiful colors. Even though I purchased a mixed selection, I did request one of special color and they even sent me one of those!

UPDATE: And here we are just about a year later, and my fish have weathered the extreme heat with about three losses, and the rest of them are HUGE now!!! Some are OVER a foot long and happy, healthy and safe now!!! I installed a canopy over my pond to provide much needed shade and I use two bottom filters with uvs and pumps, and a uv gravity filter above the water level. Also have THREE solar powered air pumps and two electric air pumps, so that there is plenty of oxygen, especially right now in the hot months....So, despite the delay in delivery by UPS, and the fish spending beyond 24 hours in a hot truck, they all arrived safely + two extra fish, THANK YOU!!!Beautiful selections and although we lost one orange one, all else is well. I have to go out and clean the filter today. With eleven nice - sized kois, five inch-long goldfishes, and two plecos, and all the 'donated' tadpoles from neighborhood frogs, lol, my 175 gallon pond is full and busy!!!I put netting on after releasing them into the pond water because I know what great leapers and jumpers these fish can be from past experiences. (Also, my big dog can drink water in the pond without getting too deep to scare off the fish or eat the plants, lol.)Praying and hoping these guys and gals will grow and thrive, even through the extraordinarily HOT season we are having.I am currently building a pergola to shade my pond for this reason.Also, to you newbies in fishkeeping: invest in a good AIR pump as well, especially important in the hot weather! I bought an AquaScape dual valve air pump here on amazon.Lastly, I recommend Tetra Gold koi pellets, they float, they don't cloud the water, and your fish will learn to expect you when your shadow appears over them and they will swim up to greet you!MANY THANKS, again, Toledo Goldfish!!! Even survived the green pea soup my pond turned into for about a month. They are thriving, growing, eating, and well, you know what happens after that, lol... ;-)2nd UPDATE 11/17/2023-The fish are growing, doubled in size now, doing tremendously well, even through heat wave and green water. Exceeded my expectations! I had been buying butterfly and regular koi from a local outdoor garden center for our outdoor ponds. On my last purchase there in May, I purchased 5 of the 6-8” fish as the smallest size there. $60 each, with discount, $40. I had no complaints about them as their fish are nice and price was fair compared to elsewhere. Found Toledo Goldfish by accident when purchasing pond supplies on Amazon this month and the prices were much lower and reviews were good. We live in NJ and heat of August made me think the fish would not be shipped until cooler weather. Ordered 10 fish in the 4-5” size of 5 each butterfly and regular koi. The fish were to come Thursday but on Monday, I received a notification they would arrive Tuesday. We found the box left on the porch in the direct sun at 1 pm on Tuesday even though box was clearly marked live fish! Toledo Goldfish had packed them well in a styrofoam cooler with an ice pack. The ice pack was no longer frozen but still cold. Fish were totally fine in their bag and the water was quite cool. The fish were healthy and a nice selection of colors. Surprise - I assume because of shipping in the heat of August and allowing for losses - there were 3 extra fish! It has been about 2 weeks since the fish were added to the pond and not a single one was lost. Would recommend this company and absolutely order again.

Our fish arrived alive and seem healthy!! They have been in our pond for a week and seem to be enjoying life! My only complaint is that I wish there would have been more variety in the color, most of the fish are some kind of a black and white variation but otherwise no complaints!!Update: These koi have now been in our pond for almost 2 weeks and are doing great! Now that they are a little bigger, it is clear that there is more variety in their coloring! Very pretty and active.

I had great reserve about ordering fish online, especially in the dead of winter! However, this has been the best experience! I received an email that my order (4) Toledo Live Butterfly Fish Mix was shipped on Jan 16, 2023. I received the fish the very next day on Jan 17. I opened the box and to my surprise was not (4) but 5 fish swimming very fast through the water they shared in the bag. They were alive, healthy and I cannot describe how beautiful they are!!! A variety of unique color patterns!!!! This is exactly what I wanted! I only had orange fish because that's all you can find in the pet store these days which prompted me to try this! I decided to wait a few days for the review. The fish are well, healthy, and swimming in the outside pond with my other fish in peace! Way to go Toledo!
