I received two quickly in the mail and it works ...
I received two quickly in the mail and it works. while cleaning the switch on my Logitech Performance MX I broke the gold colored contact that touches when you click. I was cleaning it because while clicking and dragging the contact would apparently lose the "connection" and "re-connect". This caused things to be dropped in areas they weren't meant to be in and was overall frustrating. I've cleaned it before successfully and it worked for another year before acting up again. This time a wrong slight movement and it broke. I didn't actually remove the entire switch and solder in the new one though. I popped the thing open and just replaced the gold colored contact itself. In short, rather than spending another 50 dollars (give or take some) for a new mouse I spent a fraction of the cost on just the replacement part. The mouse is working as it should again and the second switch will serve as a spare part in my inventory.~Andre Berry

Rebuilt Logitech M570 Trackball
I was dismayed when my Logitech M570 Wireless Trackball started flaking out. Left and Right Click were down to about 10% functional, meaning I only got about one solid click for every ten times I pressed. Try clicking and dragging with that kind of malfunction!Anyways, these microswitches are the perfect replacement and took maybe 15 minutes to disassemble and solder these in place of the defective ones. Works perfectly now. Better $10 microswitches instead of $50 for a new trackball!NOTE: Some other person said something about attempting to take them apart to replace springs or something? Ummm, why the heck would you try to disassemble a microswitch? Learn how to solder, but just be careful of the very fine tracings that are on the circuit board of the Logitech M570."There's no such thing as a fool-proof system. Someone will make a better fool tomorrow."

Easy replacement - works perfectly
I soldered this right onto the existing board and repaired my $75 mouse... all for less than $10. Plus I have an extra one just in case. Highly recommended.

Perfect Match for Logitech g500
They fixed my Logitech g500 mouse clickers which wore out after very heavy use, and I even have a second one if another switch fails in the future. Replacing these switches does require some soldering skills and tools (iron and desoldering pump should suffice). The only downside is you have to hack through your mouse feet to get to the screws, so they will also probably need to be replaced. Amazon offers replacement feet for about 10 bucks (which is in my opinion a bit overpriced), but the total cost of the self repair is less than $20 as opposed to replacing the mouse for over $60.

Extendind the life of my Logitech M570!
My 2-3 year old Logitech M570 Trackball mouse is the only one that eliminates carpel tunnel when I spend hours at the computer designing. After a few years the left button began double clicking when being clicked once and it got worse over time. Instead of buying another $40 mouse I did some research and found that soldering in a new switch would make it brand new. I got 2 switches for 10 bucks and extended the life of this great mouse for at least another 4 years. There were packaged really well and shipped quickly. Soldering them in was quick and painless.

Perfect replacement part for M570 Logitech!
Left click 'n drag works again! If you know how to solder, it's a quick 5-10 minute fix :)
