I have been using this Japanese seasoning for years. This can be used in any dish such as vegetable soup, egg drop soup, vegetable stir fry, fried rice, etc. and can be made thicker so the food really tastes better. I will continue to use this for years to come!

If you have this and hot water you have the makings of a quick stock for a bowl of soup. Those dreadful college dorm instant ramens or Cup o’ noodles? Prepare as directed and add a little squirt of this paste and maybe some soft tofu and you have elevated the soup ten steps.Until you are familiar with its goodness go easy as it is salty. Cut back on the recipes soy sauce or salt in tandem with this delicious flavor enhancer. Thank you, Japan!

This is a must have. It’s very salty though so use it moderately. I’ve tried to add it to soups, veggies and chicken and it’s been a success

I've used this for soup, curry and fried rice so far. Love it! Very flavorful and chickeny minus the celery/onion/carrot tastes that come with Western chicken boullion. The fact that it's a squeeze tube paste makes it easy to incorporate as well. I like this stuff a lot.
