I just read the entire ad from beginning to end, and no-where does it say where the nails are made. The company listed has an odd name if that helps you any. All I can tell you for sure is I received them quickly and you get about every size small thin nails as you could ever need.

They don't seem strong enough for concrete, also for concrete making a small hole with the drill using concrete bits, then inserting a plastic filler, then using a screw size corresponding to the weight of what you want to hang, or anchor would definitely be the correct way, using a nail on concrete is like bringing a knife to a gunfight! It's not going to work.

Q: Do these work for Outdoor fence work?

I went back and read the description. I don't think I would use these for outside projects like fencing.

Q: What is the weight limit to hang on them on a dry wall? I have a wall art 10 lbs. to be hanged on 2 nails. Which size will be best to use?

I am not real sure, but for 10 lb on drywall you might be better to use dry wall screws.
