Keeeny PP9906-1 Plastic Tank Float Ball 4 inch X 5 inch, Black

I discovered that the old float actually split where it attached to the rod when I took the top of the tank to see why it frequently kept running. I ordered this one and it works perfectly! It is just a bit smaller, but otherwise identical. Some people complained that this one is not threaded. While I did not see the threaded part, I kind of think it may be there since it seemed like it was being threaded on when I installed it. Do not try to force this on. Gently place it on the rod, and then turn several times. I think I turned it 6 times. If this mom of 6 and grandma of 15 can install this float in about 30 seconds, so can you.

It fits. It floats. It doesn’t leak.

It has one job, and it is very successful at its one job. It floats in my toilet tank.10/10

This is the best toilet float money can buy. Let me start off with the packaging, this is not your average cardboard, they could have went with a cheap cardboard but at first touch you will notice the strength and quality of this packaging. Definitely sign that a quality premium product is inside. After opening I was not disappointed. The plastic is definitely of a quality premium product, I was super impressed at the ease of installation and the quality of the machining. After turning the water on to the toilet, I was super mesmerized by the way this float displaced the water. Never in my life did I think a piece of plastic Could capture and eloquently display the laws of physics. I will definitely be re-ordering this in the future when I need one again

The floater ball in my upstairs toilet broke where it screws into the rod and I was frustrated. At first I thought I would have to replace the whole insides of the toilet but I did some research and found this single piece. It's made of plastic, cheap and with prime you get free 2 day shipping. It comes by itself in a box but there really isn't a need for instructions because it's self explanatory. The size is the same as the one I had to replace and since I didn't have to buy all new insides of the toilet I saved a lot of money. I am very happy I was able to buy 1 piece and now I have a working toilet again. Overall I am so glad I was able to purchase this one piece and would definitely recommend it to others.

Screwed onto my toilet's shutoff valve control rod properly, has no leaks, and restored functionality. That's about all you can expect!

My copper one, used about 5+ years, is not connecting to the metal bar anymore. I had use tapes to connect this plastic one to the metal bar because it's not fit. However, it eventually fixed the toilet issue and saved me money. I'm very satisfied.
