I am in love with this flour and will not use any other anymore for my sourdough. I makes a silky dough, my starter loves it, the taste is to die for, and I get consistent results.

I make French Bread with This in My Bread MachineI've tried many "bread flowers" including but not limited to T55 Bread Flower from France.This is my preference because I get a darker firm crust and light, chewy delightful crumb.My 2nd choice is Bob's Red Barn which is similar.

Straight in the trash
$21 bag of flour going straight into the trash. What a bummer. Not worth the money or the risk. I took a chance because several of the reviews were great but I didn’t get so lucky.

Great flour but beware their packaging practices
Due to loss of product caused by very poor quality control in the packaging/shipping process this ended up being one very overly priced box of bread flour, which is fantastic flour, I just need to be able to rely on consistency in the shipping if it do I can actually use it when it arrives instead of having to throw it away due to contamination from extremely poor packaging/shipping & handling, aka, it’s obvious that this box had been tossed about on more than one occasion between the watehouse & our farmhouse.
