Order these may 2 2024. They came quick and worked for what I needed. These really help bring relief. They do make it hard to wear certain shoes. Mostly I wear them when I am bare foot in the house or wearing sandles. Its May 8th 2025 and the bottom of one ripped and the gel pad became exposed. But they held up with pretty frequent wear. I really don't know how the bottom ripped, weather it was used error or just from (almost) daily use. Either way I'm very satisfied and have ordered more.

Really helps provide a nice cushion for heel pain.

Works as described, relieves pressure on heels

I bought these heel cushions to cushion my heel — all of my heel. I have 2 issues with my feet: the loss of fat pad in my heel and plantar fasciitis. Since I have both conditions I can’t speak to the effectiveness of plantar fasciitis in reducing pain. However, I can speak to this product’s effectiveness in relieving the loss of heel fat pad.The problem with fat pad loss is just that, the only thing between the calcaneus (heel bone) and any hard surface is the depth of the skin over the heel.If you look at the image of the product notice that there is a “doughnut hole” in the center of the pad. I have no idea why it’s there. For fat pad the center lacking padding of any kind renders them useless to me. I was hoping these would allow me to not have to wear shoes in my house. I am not a heavy person, so weight isn’t part of the ineffectiveness of these.Again, since I don’t suffer from plantar fasciitis alone, I can’t speak to their effectiveness to that condition.But if you have fat pad loss, forget even trying this product.My rating reflects this condition alone.

Somehow these little things work like a miracle for me. Whenever me heels start hurting from standing too long, I wear these while at home for a day or two and the pain goes away. Nothing else has worked for me.

I paid full price for a used item. The original box was torn at the flap. Plus, there was cat hair all over the bottom of one of the heels.I’m keeping them because of intense heel pain. After I clean them and IF they help my pain I may adjust how many stars.

They don’t like much but they brought immediate relief to my heel pain!

Did not help my plantar fasciitis heel pain. Could use more padding. Size and fit were ok.
