This is a superb fireplace and looks stunning in my room. It was a bit fiddly to assemble (one of the bolt fixings didn’t work), but well worth it in the end so I won’t mark it down for that. The fire itself is great and the effect is brilliant. Time function and thermostat work a treat. The heater is really good and fairly quiet compared to others. The mood lighting is a wonderful feature and really adds to the room. I would definitely buy again. The price is excellent - worth twice as much. If you are considering this then just buy it! Mine was delivered in just 2 days as well

I got a handyman to assemble it as my husband has done his back in and I am useless at assembling things. It looks lovely and the flame effect is realistic and very comforting. Solid, once built, and a very attractive feature in the room. It also belts out heat if you need it. Very happy.

The media could not be loaded. I had been searching for an electric fire within budget and decided after reading the reviews to purchase the Castleton model - I was not disappointed! The price was very reasonable , the delivery came earlier than expected and the packaging for the surround was fantastic . The fire arrived in a separate box, although it had been packaged well - there was a slight bit of damage on the corner of it . I emailed and got a response super quick with a courier organised to deliver a new fire and take the damaged one away within a couple of days. The company was a pleasure to deal with , and I would highly recommend endeavour fires to anyone looking for an electric focal point . It’s transformed our living room , the lights alone are lovely , a nice heat and now loud at all when on . I’ve already had two people over for a visit and wanting to purchase one for their own houses!

The media could not be loaded. Fireplace arrived within 2 days of placing order. Easy to assemble (instructions a little difficult to follow in places but a bit of common sense got the job done). At the price point, I was expecting relatively ordinary MDF or equivalent but not the case. The materials used are of a very high standard and give a quality look and feel. With many configurations for mood lighting and flame effects plus the ability to adjust heat output to a thermostat on the remote control and to a multi-functional timer, this is a very versatile appliance and I cannot recommend it more highly.One small criticism is that the power lead could do to be a bit longer.

Nice looking fire,. easy to construct and is quite sturdy. Plenty of variety in the settings to create whatever atmosphere you want. Good value for the money

The media could not be loaded. We had to wait to fit as we had to have new heating installed. The fire suite was installed this morning. We are very impressed with it. It makes the lounge look really cosy. It has several mood light settings which can be set on automatic so they will go through all of the colours intermittently. The log effect with the flame effect looks really impressive. We can definitely recommend.

Bought this after a lot of research and because it was a local firm. So far it's great, easy to use and responds quickly with a fantastic heat output which quickly warms the room up. Only had it a few weeks but no issues so far so hopefully it will last for a long time, if it does I will definitely buy again when the time comes.Can recommend.

Better than expected. Easy to assemble, instructions easy to follow.Can set required temperature via remote and will maintain the required room temperature.The flame effect is very realistic adds a nice feel to the room even without having the heat on, and the led lighting is a lovely touch. All easily controllable from the remote control.
