Takes care of the issue with no problems. Excellent for me.

I use this shampoo after the oil and the cream and it all comes out quickly, leaving my hair soft and my scalp clean.

This is a shampoo and conditioner. I kind of wish it was just the shampoo

Disappointed, gave it my best trial for weeks along with the oil & followed instructions. Did not improve scalp even the tiniest bit for me, maybe my psoriasis is too severe. Sorry to say, emptied both into a zip lock & trashed, washed out the bottles to recycle in the bottle bone-yard. ‘Twas worth trying though.

There is no cure for scalp psoriasis. I've had it for 30 years and have rotated use around many products, drugs etc. This shampoo have been my go-to for over a year. I wash my scalp every 2-3 days and works as well or better than other shampoos. What I like: It has a neutral smell and calms my scalp/flaking for 1-2 days. I use a silicone scrubber with it as well. And an occasional scalp oil A lot of other over the counter medicated shampoos have scents (good or bad) or aren't as effective. It's worth a try to see if it works for YOU.

First & definitely the last time to purchase this product! If I could give it a 1/4th of a star I would. The 1st bottle that I opened smelledlike ammonia. Very minimal amount of lathering. The 2nd bottle did not smell quite as strong and had absolutely no lather. This product had no impact on my scalp psoriasis. Definitely a once & done purchase. A total waste of $$. I had greater success & satisfaction from standard anti-dandruff products. I rate this product ZERO!!!

Okay, at first I hated it, this wasn't a product that worked on first day, or shall I say first two days, or even a week. When I first used it, I used it everyday for 5 days, read the instructions and followed it to the T. I thought maybe I received a bad batch, or expired batch, maybe I did receive a weak batch. But after two weeks of using it is when I noticed a major difference. The itching had stopped, and the dry scalped seems calmer and not as painful or irritating as before. I used this in conjunction with a scalp oil, and for me the combination has worked. I've been using this product now for over two months now and I must say that it is great. Again, I don't know if I received a weak batch because I never felt tingling of any kind even while keeping it in my hair for three minutes or more.Do not use expecting it to lather up, if you're lathering up you're using too much. The instructions specifically state that.I also used a scalp massaging scrubbing brush which also helped. Leave it in your hair for 3 to five minutes, use a second time if needed.Then once I toweled dried my hair, I used a scalp oil as well which also helped.So far I have no noticed any hair loss from using this, which is a good thing.
