If you look for a high-quality chrome mixer tap this is the one to go with. Grohe is a German sanitary fittings manufacturer with its registered office in Hemer and headquarters in Düsseldorf. You can feel on the material used that this is made proper with high quality materials.The wall mounted mixer itself looks well made, solid construction and so easy to replace. Featured with two G ½ B British Standard Pipe Parallel thread (BSPP) which is the standard size for most of the wall mounted taps and showers here in UK. It is easy to install if your waterpipe is already in the wall. You don’t have to be a plumber to install, just follow the instruction, but if you feel safer ask for a professional to do it for you.The mixer itself is heavy in weight, which is a good sign, will last longer than a flimsy mixer. Has a chrome finish, which is looks like a mirror when is clean and polished. It’s only a single handle on the tap which makes it easy to control the hot and cold water or find the best temperature. Just need to lift the handle on the top of the tap; higher you lift it, the more water will come. What is truly amazing is that the mixer never gets hot even if the water temperature is set to the highest. The hot water flowing through somehow didn’t warm up the mixer at all, I can still touch it and will not burn my hand. It doesn’t come with the shower hose and head; this must be purchased separately.I’m happy with this shower mixer, very solid construction and finish, you definitely get value for the money. Highly recommend using in residential and commercial properties as well.

This shower mixer by Groche is truly elegant in design, I love just how smooth it looks both aesthetically and ergonomically. It is also very easy to install, thanks to the very visually clear instruction manual. I am by no means a plumber, rather an amateur when it comes to installing these kinds of things. However, it took me no longer than 20 minutes to do. I love that it comes with all necessary tooling's, so there is no need to knock on your neighbours door for a box of tools.Upon installing, the water comes out of the top smoothly with no issues in regards to pressure nor temperature regulation. You can then attach your shower to product by twisting it onto it with ease. I love how easy it is to alternate between the shower function and simply just running a bath. Very smooth transition between the two. My previous home had a Groche tap and it lasted the whole 16 years we were at that home. Unlike other cheaper brands which had to be replaced after about 5 years. I have recently moved into rented accommodation that hasn’t been looked after properly for a number of years, even though the landlords lived here until we moved in. The bathroom fittings were very old and worn out and so it has been a real pleasure to replace a bath mixer with this one produced by Grohe.I had a number of Grohe taps in my previous home and really liked their quality and proven durability; I replaced other taps, but the Grohe ones stood the test of time and still operated and looked like new when I left them behind on the move.The mixer is designed to be easy to fit, but I don’t do plumbing, so I employed a plumber who was here to do some other jobs at the same time. He had more trouble removing the old mixer than fitting the new, which looks very good now it is in place, albeit showing up the old sanitary ware that is remaining in place.The mixer is easy to clean and has a quality depth to the chrome finish that you don’t see with many other brands and, in my experience, it does last.

The GROHE mixer looks and works great. The chrome look gives my bath a new finish. The one handle operation is very smooth and the water flow is excellent. The water mixes really well, able to get the right water temperature. The build quality and finish are of high quality and the faucet has a nice weight to it.
