Very good reflector
Purchased this one because of the smaller reflector I had with my AD200 was damaged. I feel this one with a bit more depth works better than the previous one.

Must have accessory for the AD200
I gave this a 5 star rating because I think it is essential no matter if you have many other diffusers. I bought one each for my two AD200's and they have never come off since I got them except when I needed a beauty dish. One of the best diffusers for hand holding. Great for windy weather. Very light weight. Compact. Lots of diffusion for it's size. Easily remove the diffusion cap for a more specular light.Because this is a solid modifier, the form factor may take up more usable space in a bag than a much larger foldable diffuser, so something to be aware of if you bought this to pack a compact kit.

Works great in a pinch when you cannot use a softbox or umbrella. Light it throws is a little harsh but works good.

Great way to get a little more "juice" out of your flash
I was able to get an 2 extra stops out of my flash when using this reflector instead if just bare bulb. Also helps control the light better.
