Good products but poor packaging.
I have been buying sediment and carbon filters from this company for my business. The products are good quality but the packaging is very bad especially those carbon filters. I will change to 5 stars if the packaging has improved on my next purchase. If not I will have to buy from other sellers since it is just too much work to repack and take to UPS to return.

Seems to work as well as Pentek Filter
Change every 6 months and it catches a significant amount of sediment and rust out of the city water supply. Seems to work as effectively as the 3x more expensive Pentek RFC-20BB filter.
