Purchased these several times now and as far as I can tell they are as effective as the better known (and dearer) brand leader. My eyes seem less sensitive to light than they did before I started taking them (by that I mean that bright light doesn't make me squint so much), and hopefully the benefits will be in years to come with reduced chances of certain eye diseases (Macular Degeneration). They appear to be Vegetarian (possibly Vegan?) too (the capsules are not gelatine based) - if that matters to you!Delivery is always quick, the only improvement I would like is recyclable packaging.

There is a noticable difference with the clarity of my vision.i have been taking them for a couple of weeks. I am elderly and recommend these. A bit expensive but worth it.

My mother has macular degeneration and i’m told Lutein is a factor in eye health, so it is a good idea to take it. These tablets seem to be a good source and so I am taking them daily, but I have no idea if they work. I am 72 and so far ha e good vision, so maybe they do.

I really like these because they’re easy to swallow and only one a day is required, unlike other brands that require two or more capsules/tablets to be taken each day! This makes them very good value for money - and they’re certainly keeping my eye problem under control!

Quality product

Pros- my skin looked amazing after 3 days of 2 a day, so much so a neighbour asked if I was wearing make up for once!- do seem to help my eye sightCons - seemed to cause water retention ( but that went away after a day of stopping taking them)- every time I've taken them I get severe pmt after a few days - very moody and hormonal ( I'm too old for real pmt any more!) Again, this went away after a day of not taking them

Vegetarian capsules that I am using to assist my eyes as I suffer from some macular degeneration and have been advised in this regard by my optician. These provide good value for money, and being vegetarian are essential to me as other brands tend to include gelatin. I don't particularly notice any difference in my eye health but then they are not so bad anyway. I use these more as a precaution against any further degradation in eye performance.

Both my husband and I have been taking these capsules and, following several discussions, we agree we cannot tell any difference from not taking them to taking them! Are they really worth the money spent?
