I really like this little box. It look good and is well made.

Nice solid little basket with hinged lid and wire frame. Not very big - about a foot long. Perfect for containing a few small gifts, such as cosmetics, chocolates, etc. I packed in a bottle of whisky, which is shorter than a wine bottle, and a few smaller items, with shredded paper. You could easily put in a couple of glasses too. It would look nice on a shelf or desk to keep things tidy too. Can't say how durable it is, but probably best to keep it dry if it's paper. Looks and feels like wicker.

I bought this storage box to save my sanity and it did not disappoint! As someone who always has a messy desk, this box is a lifesaver. It's the perfect size to fit all of my clutter, and I love that I can just close the lid and forget about it. It's also a stylish addition to my oak work surface, and it blends in so well that you hardly notice it's there (in a good way!).The box itself is well-made and sturdy, and the lid fits snugly so there's no chance of anything spilling out.I would highly recommend this box to anyone who wants to hide their mess in a stylish and practical way. Delivery was quick and the item was well packaged and arrived unbroken.This is a nice looking but not very sturdy, whicker box.The idea is you fill it with your own gift ideas - it's not huge but I managed to fit 3 'posh' slices of cheese, crackers, a jar of Chutney and half a bottle of champagne in!Obviously the lid wouldn't close due to the length of the bottle but the overall effect was good.Especially after I added some gold coloured tissues and sprinkled some rose patels over everything.This was a birthday gift to my wife, and eaten as a light lunch before going out for a meal in the evening.The present, the contents and the evening meal all went down very well with my wife!The box was used to store trinkets in once empty but after a few weeks use, the wicker began to break and it looked a bit shabby.But as a one off use to house something nice, this is a reasonable buy.Could be a bit cheaper!

Urgently needed the Medium Arpan storage basket with lid for a birthday hamper. 6 small to medium items (medium yankee, small trio handcreams, 2 mini honeys, medium air mist, large body scrub) fit in it with a bit of moving around and figuring it out easily. Sturdy enough for my use. Not the sturdiest item for home use though. Perfect for gift giving or storing items at home on the lighter side. None of the ropes were coming undone like the other reviews mentioned, that was a plus :). And small handles on each side though i doubt I'd ever use them lol and would mention the birthday girl to not use them either. :) Oh and the lid with all my items wouldn't close for obvious reasons, and the lid only looks wonky because the candle + wrapping was towering the other items.
