Everyone is going to have a different reaction to niacin - some more and some less. I usually get a different brand that is "non-flushing" but switched to this one for price, and because I buy quite a bit from Bulk Supplements. The flush is real, and while some may not like it, I love the feeling. The redness looks crazy though so I don't know if I can keep using this brand. If it goes away within 15 mins like some say, I'll just use it in the early AM for my morning walks, but I would not want to go out in public looking like a lobster person.

Real niacin with not fillers. Gave me a big flush, my whole body get red, hot and sensitive lastin for around 15 minutes. The heat and flush start in my head and go down to my knees and legs. Not good sensation but I guess is healthy for the skin bring some blood flow and oxigen

Well..... this definitely gives you the flush feeling, lasted around 20 minutes. I finally found the product I have been looking for. I would pay double what they charge for this
