Product is awsome. Packaging is worst. No safety no packing material no user manual, nothing.But product is good. Levelors are easy to drag. Switches are robust and good. Sound output is good. Gain is impressive. Overall performance is impressive. Value for money.

The mike output is heard on speakers but the bluetooth music connected isn’t heard on speaker. There is not much documentation available. The bluetooth name shown is, BT-5.0 and not as in description. I am not sure if I will get any support for using this product. Have ordered replacement for now. Keeping my fingers crossed.I got the replacement without any documentation. It must be a reused box. Same problem. Then I figured out channel 6/7 usb is volume for BT. It was pretty tricky and the volume is pretty low. Not good enough for singing even at full volume while the condenser mikes work very well at even 5% volume. Really don’t know what to do… as mixing is not working quite as expected. I don’t know whom to call… there is no option to return and get refund.

The media could not be loaded. I bought it for the mosque. And when the Imam leads the prayers, the sound coming out of this professional mixer is so beautiful. What can I say. Now I keep waiting for the time of prayers. Serves the purpose. Weighs light in hand. Knobs are smooth. Equaliser are responsive. The DC adapter and usb slot donot feel firm enough when plugged in.
