We purchased this unit for our ICP elemental analysis laboratory, and it arrived right on schedule. It operates exceptionally well and is impressively quiet. The control buttons are intuitive, and the design is sleek. Unfortunately, we had an accident that broke a few of the tube caps included with the unit. I reached out to the seller, and they quickly replaced the caps without any hassle. Overall, we’ve had a great experience with both the product and the customer service. I highly recommend it!

The centrifuge would spin up to about 2600 rpm and then suddenly turn itself off. It would do this even with no samples loaded, so it was not a balancing issue.

I have a home lab where I do a fair bit of soil science, and I've been looking for a centrifuge that can work with 50ml tubes. In particular, I was most interested in using it for sedimenting silt and clay out of solution. Usually, protocols call for 10,000rpm for clay, but it's pretty easy to run at 4,000 and adjust the timing, so I ordered this.So far, this has been working like a charm. The one drawback is that I had self-standing 50ml tubes, which don't fit (so the picture shows a 30ml tube instead), but I've since ordered conical 50ml tubes and they work well. It's relatively quiet, get's up to speed quickly, and the safety interlocks all function as expected. It does an admiral job sedimenting clay out of solution.Overall, this is a really nice addition to my home lab. It seems to be very well made, and I highly recommend it.

This centrifuge machine is lab grade and space efficient for smaller sample loads. What I like is that I can still fit a set of large capacity centrifuge tubes. This centrifuge has safety protections. This centrifuge is good at separating samples into layers. I like how the locking mechanism works.
