I picked these up to help with sleep and stress, and wow—what a difference. I’ve been sleeping more soundly, feeling less tense during the day, and even my post-workout soreness seems to be way less.The capsules are easy to take, and they don’t mess with my stomach at all (which has happened with other magnesium types before). Plus, the bottle is huge—this thing’s gonna last me a while.Super happy with this purchase. If you’re thinking about trying magnesium, this is a solid pick!

I was upset when I read it had magnesium oxide in it. I can't do citrate, and was worried that I might get intestinal distress from oxide. But after reading other reviews, someone contacted the company and they said the oxide is part of the process of making glycinate. So far I don't have any of the negative effects that the citrate gives me, so I'll keep taking it.

The product is great but 4 capsules is not as convenient as other products

Update 8/1/24 - The top review has information from the company at the "oxide" is what is remaining after making the glycinate. I wish they would give this information in the listing - but after reading the company's response, changing it back to 5 starts as they seem very transparent.Update 5/17/24 - We have ordered this many times, as several family members regularly take this. They have now added Magnesium Oxide. I didn't realize it until I saw a reviewer state this, along with pointing out there is no indication of how much oxide vs glycinate is included in the capsule - and is important for those who need glycinate. The original bottles ordered and reviewed below did NOT have this ingredient. Personally, I'd rather they increase the cost of the bottle and keep everything simple and as it originally was when we first purchased. The company has changed the list without noting it. This is disappointing. Changing from 5 star to 2 star.Original Review: We have been making our own capsules with Bulk Supplements magnesium to stay away from all the additional "stuff" added to capsules. We were very excited to find they are now making the capsules with only the necessary ingredients (a "clean" capsule & magnesium). They are easy to take, just recommend plenty of water after taking them. I try to take about 30-60 minutes before bedtime. Highly recommend these!

Deceptive labelling. The label says magnesium glycinate, but nutrition label shows a mix of glycinate and oxide. And to make it worse, they don’t even break it down so you can see how much of each compound. Very disappointed in Bulk Supplements.
