Gift
Purchased this as a toy chest for my grandson. He hides inside it more than he puts his toys away in it but it's good fun and no pinched fingers from the latches failing to stay open for him. Lol

Love it
I love this bench! We added it to our living room as a toy box & it fits a good amount of toys, & looks so good! It was pretty simple to build (I did it while being 30 weeks pregnant).

Poor quality
I guess I can’t say I was surprised but I was expecting this to be a bit more sturdy. As I was building it (which was pretty easy) and it was laying in its side my 1yr tried to climb on it and the sides immediately bowed in. It held up but I for sure thought it was going to break in half. Then as I was putting on the bottom pieces as I tightened a bolt the other side pulled out and cracked. Now this does look nice and will work for blankets I would not put anything heavy on this. Also as seen in the picture the edging is peeling off. As of now I’m gluing it but over all I’m disappointed. I suggest gluing this together as you go to keep it together better anyways.

This is a great trunk. Assembly was very easy and the trunk fits our modern farmhouse style beautifully. Had a small issue and customer service responded right away and offered a great solution.
