Very disappointed — product came incomplete and unusable
The LED strip arrived without any power adapter or way to connect it to electricity. I can’t even test if it works. When I contacted the seller, I was told that returns are not allowed — only exchanges.This is unacceptable. How am I supposed to know if the product is defective if I can’t plug it in? I’m extremely disappointed with both the quality of the product and the customer service. Would not recommend this seller or this item.

Poor Quality and untrusted brand, don't go by reviews
The product quality is poor. I don't recommended to buy this product. The brightness is not good enough even though it says 600LEDs. The product doesn't has a return policy and instead a replacement is available. I personally have chosen this product out of interest and trust on the brand. But don't fall for this guys.

App name to use it
Neon strip is ok but what’s the App name so that I can change the colour as per choice. In remote can’t choose desired colour

It's so easy to install in the room and also it has different modes and different colour gradient lights, if the length of the light isn't enough we can extend the light by attaching another light at the end, for that there is an connector at the end of the light strip.

The product is misleading and not upto the mark or price point
The packing was already opened when it came ( inside amazon box) it had stains and dirt and some sticky substrance from previous use, clearly the product was already used,1. The seller did not care about sending a fresh piece, i didn't even touch it as it looked dirty as hell. 1/102. The product itself uses low quality led strip 1/103. The led are not rgb, there is a combination of r g and b leds, so only 1/3rd led will work if a primary color is selected. 1/104. The remote provided did not get recognized by reciever 3 out of 4 times5. While color was not functional, it just turned all colors on and did not at all look white.One would think that at this premium you will get a good product, but thats not the case 150rs local market leds are better, overall I would suggest anybody to refrain from buying it.
