Genuine product very good product
It work very good past one year. I'm install ac and fan running alternate for my bedroom. Ac running 10 pm to 3 am .from 3 am running fan automatically. So save EB bill.

It is suitable for 2 ACs of 2 ton only
A very nice product. I have purchased this product a second time. I am using this product for the last three years with ACs. installed at our Server Room. I am observing that the efficiency of the ACs. is increased due to this product

Not useful.
Please do buy. It is just a gimmick. You need both a Carpenter and a electrician to get it installed as there is no mounting box provided nor available for this. The screws are exposed and there is every chance of getting a shock. Moreover Installation instructions are not explanatory. There is only one time settling for both the Loads and They cannot be set independently, if you wish to set different timings for both the Loads.. Basically it is an alternating switch for two different loads

Decent product
Working well for 2 1.5 tonnes AC for last 2 months. Hope it continues to work for at least another 2 years. Value for money

Feedback about the AC timer with suggested modification
I have tested it by connecting two 1.5T AC in auto mode of 4 hours. The device is running OK.One drawback that I found is that it does not keep record of the timer instant and the load it is running. So, if power failure occurs, say at 5 minutes of last remaining time for load 1, it always start at load 1 with full 4 hour timer as soon as the power comes. By default it always start at load 1 in auto mode.So, the manufacturer can update the software to keep these suggestions in future release.

Why the timer shows a display like in the 1st video?
The media could not be loaded. I have connected this timer between two split Air conditioner units (1.5 T) and set time as 1 hour. But after running and switching between the two units, it will hang like the !st video here I am sharing .The 2nd video is how it is running normally.I have created power interruptions manually, and it will run from the previously set time. These problems are observing from the 1st itself.
