Ride quality is stock. Didn’t alter much

Needed a little extra lift on the front of my truck due to a new plow. it works perfect. looks like factory stance when the plow is on and looks great when the plow is off.

They work and do what I needed them to do. I did not install them. I had a buddy install them who is a mechanic because I live in Minnesota and it’s December right now. I did use these five years ago on a 2016 F150 and helped install them then and it wasn’t too bad. I would recommend this for leveling in your truck.

2018 Ford F-150 XLT FX4 - I tried to install it at home, but that was not happening. Tried it by myself at first, then ny Son in Law came over and he is a body mechanic ..... still no. We had to reassemble the truck and take it to his shop. The shop mechanic and him worked for hours on it. They had to drop the entire lower control arm to get it in. Once the kit was in it is amazing! I love it, but the $400 install fee was a stinger. No shortcuts on this unless you get a drop control arm you will have to drop the entire control arm to get it in and it is TIGHT!

To begin, I don't feel confident or safe about this product. The hardware nuts and bolts that come with these RoughCountry, red color, 2inch level pucks, are of lower grade and smaller diameter than the factory OEM, I mean just hold the beefy and much bigger sized, heavy duty bolt nuts from the factory your removing and compare them to the ones that come with this RoughCountry kit and you will see how your actually downgrading the hardware. Rough Country hardware is inferior than Ford’s OEM hardware. There is a good reason why the OEM Factory installed beefy, heavy duty hardware for such a demanding part as the front end spring coil/shock suspension.The Rough Country hardware bolt Nuts, are not big enough either to form a complete hole coverage above the suspension coil/shock onto the engine bay chasis.Second, I’m completely dissatisfied with the recommended Authorized installer Rough Country showed as an option in Butbank, CA. Berkley Tires, on San Fernando, corner of Alameda, an authorized installer for Rough Country, installed these on my truck in a manner nothing close to how you see them professionally installed online. Nothing torqued, just pure impact gun everything and no lock tight.After install, I took my family to Sequoia National Park, upon return, while washing the truck, I found two of the Rough Country nuts loos with one about to fall off. Should I happen not to inspect, this would have caused a severe accident. I called Berkley tire and brought it in and they retightened and I demanded for lock tight be added to the thread. To date, regardless of seeing the nuts tight, I have zero confidence on the this product hardware and now also install.This has been a costly experience and only the start of expenses as I will need to find another brand solution for leveling the truck with better quality, heavy duty hardware and actual professional installer. If I could install myself I would, but sadly I am not able to.No I do not recommend this product.My truck is a 2024 Ford F150 XLT 4x4
