First impression only! If this is old and unedited it held up to the first impression.
This chair is 10x better than both of the other kinds I've gotten before. The two problems I've had aren't an issue for this (thin seat pad, and bell housing underneath cracking and breaking) This chairs framing underneath are all flat and angled metal. No round metal to stress crack, and a very thick seat pad. This thing is built like a rock compared to others. no bolts stripped out in assembly. Long bolts where they need to be. the armrests are a little flimsy and shouldn't be pressed on too hard to the side, but don't seem like they would break from pushing down on them. There aren't any goofy side rails along the seat to collect dust crumbs and ash. The tilt function works well and the leg rest is pretty clever and works fine. Lumbar is adjustable and head pillow is large and comfy, has to be stretched a bit extra to fit over the top as the holes it's usually strung through are far to low for a neck pillow for someone 6 foot tall. but it stretches over the top just fine with a little motivation. If it falls apart in less than a year I'll be back to update and complain

Great quality, feels like it's worth much more than you pay for it... (until it doesn't)
3 MONTH EDIT: Chair seat is still really comfortable after a few months, but there is one BIG issue.. It is NOISY. Whenever you adjust in the chair, it makes a loud cracking popping sound from the base of the seat (I think from inside the reclining mechanism) and it is extremely annoying. I tightened every bolt on the seat mechanism and seat back, and it made no difference. Also, the arms are already starting to get permanent dimples where my arms sit, and the arms are floppy/wobbly even after re-tightening all the bolts. The lumbar support is also feeling a bit deflated already. For these reasons, I am going from 5 to 3 stars. Initial quality and comfort seemed great, but I can feel the chair slowly starting to fall apart just after a few months. My initial thoughts are below...Short version: Quality chair, comfortable, and worth every penny.Long version: I bought one of those S-Racer (Homall) chairs because of the price tag before buying this one. Big mistake. Quality on the other chair was literal garbage, and the comfort matched the quality. I gave it to my 5 year old so I wouldn't have to deal with taking it apart and returning it.On to this chair... HUGE IMPROVEMENT over the cheap alternative. Trust me when I say, save the extra 30 or 40 bucks it takes to get a chair like this one, and forget about the ones at the bottom of the price bracket. I feel like this chair is worth MORE than I paid for it, while the other one was the cheapest I could find and I still felt cheated out of my money.Pros:- Super comfortable, supportive seat. I can sit in this for long gaming sessions without losing a hit of comfort in the seat. Sometimes I like to cross my foot under my other leg while sitting, and in this chair it works great, while in the other chair it was virtually impossible because of the hard 'wings' on each side of the seat. I prefer the nice flat padded design to the non-existent padding of the racing style seat.- Solid, quality feel. While the other chair felt rickety and flimsy and shaky, this chair just feels solid. Nothing moves or rattles or shakes, it's designed quite well and it held together like a brick sh*t-house.- Great wheels. They go where you want them to. In the cheap chair, the wheels went some version of where you wanted to go, combined with a different direction the wheels felt like going. The wheels look exactly the same on the two chairs, but these ones just plain work.- Padded armrests. They are super comfy compared to the hard plastic (also non adjustable) arms on the cheap chair. For me, they sit perfectly and don't need any adjustment.- Great footrest. This chair has a good solid feeling footrest with great padding. Great quality, and takes a touch of effort to pull out and put back in, which I actually like. The cheap chair has a shaky, flimsy, and very noisy footrest that moved a lot on its own, and became annoying immediately. Conclusion: I regret getting the S-Racer chair every day since buying it, even with my 5 year old using it... This Elecwish chair is the opposite. I am so glad I chose this one as a replacement, it has been the perfect fit. I thought I would be bothered by the "Elecwish" branding on the neck pillow, but after feeling the quality compared to what I paid, it doesn't bother me.

Very versatile and comfy chair
I was on the fence about buying this chair. Having looked around Amazon for months, I was going back and forth between several but ultimately decided to give this one a try. For starters, I'm 5'11 and about 240lbs. This chair fits me with room to spare. The reclining aspect is very nice, the cushion-although a little stiff at first-is beginning to settle in and soften up a bit, and the footrest is a nice added touch. I use the footrest quite often when I'm writing/typing and I haven't seen any flex in it.I find the chair to be comfortable but admittedly, haven't sat in the chair for more than an hour or two. Longer durations may lead to a classic butt-ache but seriously, you shouldn't be sitting for that long without getting up and moving around a bit anyways! The reclining back locks firmly in place and the casters seem solid enough. I'm using a chair mat on carpet and so far, no issues.Although I like the chair, my wife does not. She's smaller (about 5'4") and her feet don't touch the ground. But I chalk that up to short people problems. :)Assembly was pretty straight forward although I did have a bit of trouble getting the armrests properly in place. Even now, there's a bit of flex in the arm rests when I use them to stand up (I have bad knees...give me a break) so I will update if anything changes in the condition of the armrests.Overall, I'm very happy with the chair. The quality is good, it's comfortable and it offers great support. Although it comes with a headrest and lumbar support pillows which strap in place so they don't slide around, I took them both off. Personal taste, though and to each their own. If you're looking for a good quality chair for moderate use, I think this has been a great investment for me and it will be for you too.

Only a few months in
I bought this gaming chair as a Christmas gift for my teen. Five months later, the seat and arms are cracked, peeling and flaking off and the one leg that didn't come attached keeps coming off. My son takes really good care of his things, so to see this chair falling apart within a few months is bull crap.
